OUR EVENT CATERING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK, MONDAY - SUNDAY.

Delivery Info

Deliveries are conducted between 10:00am - 2:30pm. Timings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. We try our absolute best to ensure everyone’s deliveries are on time and within the desired delivery window, therefore packages will not be held, or returned.

A recipient must be available to receive the package as all of our offerings are perishable and require refrigeration. If someone is unavailable to receive the package during the selected delivery window, it will be left in the best possible spot. The product must be refrigerated within 30 minutes of delivery, and we are not responsible if a recipient is unavailable during the window they selected.

Boxes & platters require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Number & Letter Boxes require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Tables require two weeks notice.

For deliveries greater than 15km outside of the Stouffville area, a small delivery fee of $0.45/km is applied at checkout.

Cancellations and Changes

A refund may be issued if the order is cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery. For short notice cancellations, we can offer a change of date with a minimum of 2 days notice from new date and desired date availability.

Product Info

Our boxes and platters contain perishable ingredients and require refrigeration if not being consumed immediately. Please ensure that all packages are refrigerated within 30 minutes of delivery.

Charcuterie boxes and platters are best consumed within 4-5 hours of delivery, and Afternoon Tea boxes within 2 hours of delivery for optimal freshness and quality. They may be consumed up to 24 hours later if refrigerated.

Before enjoying our Charcuterie and Cheese spreads, please remove from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving to allow contents to come to room temperature. Cheeses and meats are most flavourful when at room temp.

Afternoon Tea: Please enjoy our freshly baked scones warmed. Reheat in the oven at 350 for 6-8 minutes. Financier and other sweet treats should be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly warmed.

Allergies

Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Our commercial kitchen space prepares other products that contain or may contain major allergens. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee zero cross-contamination. Mild allergies can be accommodated, however, anyone with a severe food allergy should never consume our products.
