FAQ

How much notice do you need to prepare grazing boxes & platters?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our regular graze boxes and platters. Milestone boxes and other custom order require at least 72 hours notice. We try our best to accommodate last minute orders, so feel free to contact us directly to see if we have availability.

How long can grazing boxes & platters stay out at room temperature?

Boxes and platters should not remain at room temperature for more than 1 1/2 hours after delivery. They should be refrigerated upon delivery to maintain freshness unless being consumed right away.

What is the best way to enjoy my charcuterie or cheese platter?

If you are not consuming your box or platter upon delivery, place in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Remove from the fridge 20-30 minutes before enjoying to allow contents to come to room temperature. Cured meats and cheeses are best served at room temperature for optimal flavour enjoyment!

How long can I keep my box or platter in the fridge?

We recommend consuming our products within 4-5 hours for optimal freshness & quality, but they can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge. If storing in the fridge overnight, tightly cover box or platter with plastic wrap and tin foil and remove any crackers or bread.

Are you able to accommodate severe allergies?

Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free kitchen. Anyone with a severe food allergy should not consume our products as we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. Mild allergies can be accommodated.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery for our boxes & platters to Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area. For orders outside of the Stouffville area, we charge a small delivery fee of $0.45/km.

For larger events & corporate/brand orders we are happy to travel outside of this radius.
